Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we can’t offer you a refund.
For any item that doesn’t fit, we only issue credit notes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have our white tag attached, if the tag is removed, broken or tampered with, we will not accept a return or issue a refund and will be returned at your expense.
Once your return is received, we will film the package being opened and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed that day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your item, you should mail it to Long Dog Fashion Ltd, Studio 2, Admirals Yard, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5BS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which must be tracked, signed and insured for the value of the item, if not, then we are not responsible to refund you for lost or damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund postage, if we have made a mistake with the product details.
